  14. Is it possible to use Borland c++ 3.1 on WIn 95?

  16. I have set it up and can compile, but I cannot use the debugger 
  17. from within the IDE.
  18. I get the error message "Can't load X:\BC\BIN\tdwin.dll".
  19. The file exists in that location.

  21. Is this because I am using Windows 95?
